Ribeira Sacra Sacred Riverbanks

Tour itinerary

• Depart city Santiago (also available from other cities by prior arrangement within Galicia).

• Stop 1. Our first stop will be at the incredible Monastery of San Estevo de Ribas de Sil. The Monastery dates back to the end of the 12th century.
• Stop 2. Next we will take a ride on the Catamaran and experience the immensity of the Canyons up close. During this boat ride you will learn about the areas history while being surrounded in it.

• Stop 3. We will stop and enjoy some wonderful cuisine of the area, a three course meal served with wine from the D.O. Ribeira Sacra, subzone Amandi.
• Stop 4. We stop at the Balconies of Madrid to view the canyons from above.



• Stop 5. Visit the 6th century Monastery of San Pedro de Rocas.
• Days end, drive back.
